The world oil crisis leads to a post apocalyptic horror where one corporation seizes control of the world and attempts to reduce the troublesome population by releasing a virus, but the plan backfires people are turned in to maniacal killers. It could have been an interesting variation on a common theme, but instead we have the local drama society acting out The Omega Man in a forest.
